I'm Jonathan Justus. I write about three things at work: professional communication, leadership, and consulting delivery.

What you'll find on this site is the kind of writing I'd want my younger self to read — specific, practical, and aimed at the situations that actually decide whether a day at work goes well: the meeting where you need to be heard, the email that has to land, the project that needs to convert into the next one, the team you've just inherited.

I don't write motivational content. I write moves — small, repeatable things that change how senior people perceive you, how teams respond to you, and how clients keep coming back.
