One Conversation can change your business!!!


Last few weeks I am spending time with the leaders, clients, peers and even people I just had met. Every single conversation gave me something., a good lesson, an idea and even sometimes a lead.

A LinkedIn study shows that 85% of jobs are filled through networking.
Harvard Business Review says 70%-80% of B2B leads come from the direct conversation.

I have seen these in the firsthand. One cold call actually we talk about cricket, then Bengaluru traffic ended with a long term client relationship. Thats the magic of being real in a conversation.

What I learned is,
- How faster you provide value to your conversation, that faster it turns into a lead.
- If your business or service is truly useful, valuable, people will remember
- If you make them smile, they'll stay connected.

At Elevana, I believe strongest growth is not just marketing campaigns or tools. It's human conversations. They build trust. They create influence, turn them into opportunities.

So never underestimate the casual chat, even "Hello" you say today can be celebrated partnership tomorrow. As a startup founder, I feel good that I learned this at very early stage.
